How long will it take to get my order?

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery.  Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging from 1-8 business days depending on the shipping method selected. 

Please keep in mind that holidays and promotional sales may cause delays as we work hard to fulfill higher order volumes

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can easily track its progress.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes!  All of our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.  If any damage to the material or workmanship occurs, we’ll take care of it.  We work with top manufacturers and are confident in the quality of our pieces.

Please note, the warranty does not cover:
  • Lost items 
  • Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, bent rings, or broken chains)
  • Improper use or storage
  • Modifications or repairs by a third party outside of Guava n Gold. 
Important
1. If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item or, if it is unavailable, a store credit equal to the purchase price. Refunds are not issued for warranty claims.
2. To help us improve, all defective items must be sent back for inspection and quality auditing.
3. Any work done by outside jewelers (including resizing or repairs) voids the warranty, even if a defect develops later as a result of that work.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to offer free 30-day returns for all U.S. customers.  The return window begins on the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
  • Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
  • For sets, all items must be returned together. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or size exchange.
All below items are non-returnable:
  • Personalized, name, engraved and monogrammed products
  • Custom or made-to-order items

How do I return my order?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@guavangold.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return in the body of the email. We will provide you with a return label.

Can I get a refund for my return?

Yes, eligible returns may be processed for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

How can I exchange sizes/colors of an item? Can I exchange for a different item?

We offer both same-item exchanges (such as a different size or color) and exchanges for a new item.  To get started, email us at hello@guavangold.com with your exchange request and your preferred size or color.  Your exchange item will be reserved as soon as the request is submitted, and it will ship once we process your return. Please note that if the exchange is not shipped back within 7 days, the exchange will be canceled and reverted to a refund ( as long as the item is shipped within the 30-day return window).  Price variation may occur if the product is sold by weight.
If you need a faster turnaround, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order separately.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally.  Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size of your package and delivery location.

Please note:
  • Duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerage fees are not included in your order total.
  • Since these costs vary by country, Guava n Gold is unable to estimate them ahead of time. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
  • Customers may be charged duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery, in their local currency, and customers are responsible for all such charges.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with UPS and FedEX.  At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from the available shipping rates for your location. For orders with free shipping, the most cost-effective option will be applied automatically.

Will my package require a signature?

Most of our packages do not require a signature. However, for certain orders (based on value or at the discretion of our Risk Management team), a signature may be required.  Please note this requirement cannot be waived.

How can I cancel or make a change to my order?

For changes, please email us at hello@guavangold.com with your order number and the details of your request. We”ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that once an order has shipped, cancellations or changes can no longer be made.

I forgot to use my discount code at checkout. Can it still be applied?

If this happens, please contact us at hello@guavangold.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll be glad to assist you.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please reach out to us at hello@guavangold.com and we’ll help guide you through the next steps

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We’re truly sorry this happened! Please email us right away at hello@guavangold.com and include a photo of the damage or defect, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

How to care for my jewelry?

The more intentional you are about care, the longer your jewelry will last.
  • Remove jewelry before activities that may cause physical damage.
  • Store pieces in a safe, dry place when not in use, keeping them separate to avoid scratches.
  • Ensure items are completely dry before storing.

How do I use my polishing cloth?

To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth.

  • It’s normal for the cloth to show dark residue — this means it’s working!
  • Do not wash the cloth, as this will reduce its effectiveness.
  • Wash your hands after use.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
