We offer a free 30-day return and exchange period for all customers in the US. The 30-day window begins from the date your shipment is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Remain in their original condition, free from signs of wear or damage.
Be returned in their original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
For sets, all items must be returned together. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or size exchange.
Non-returnable items include:
Personalized, name, engraved and monogrammed products
Custom or made-to-order items
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@guavangold.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for the return in the body of the email. We will provide you with a return label.
Please note that returns will be processed within 5-7 business days from receipt. Once your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
