We offer a free 30-day return and exchange period for all customers in the US. The 30-day window begins from the date your shipment is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Remain in their original condition, free from signs of wear or damage.
- Be returned in their original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@guavangold.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for the return in the body of the email. We will provide you with a return label.
Please note that returns will be processed within 5-7 business days from receipt. Once your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
We are pleased to offer an extended return period for orders placed between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024 (the "Extended Return Period"). These purchases are eligible for return until January 31, 2025 under our holiday return policy terms and conditions.
For orders placed outside of the Extended Return Period, our standard 30-day return policy will apply.
